Alphaline is a subsidiary of Alphaline Homes which is a family owned custom home builder based in Brendale, Queensland.
Alphaline Homes has been a family owned and operated business since 1990, so our reputation is very important to us. Whether you’re purchasing a tiny home or a full sized home from us, you’ll always deal directly with the owners who will give you the time, respect and attention you deserve.
Due to our extensive experience as custom home builders, we’ve perfected our flexible design services for our tiny home customers. One of the best things about our tiny homes is that our designs are customisable and you can alter them as much or as little as you like.
Every custom tiny home we sell is constructed in our state of the art factory in Brendale.
Colour and Design Studio
When you choose to purchase a tiny home with us, we’ll set up an appointment with one of our qualified interior designers at our Colour and Design studio in Brendale.
At our studio, you’ll find a huge range of samples on display which showcase your options for paint colours, fascias, tapware, trims, handles and everything in between.
During this appointment, our interior designer will walk you through all your available options. They are highly experienced in how to make everything work together beautifully and will make suggestions as to what will go well with what in your new tiny home.
Additionally, they will make sure you get the absolute most out of your space and your budget so you can make those final design decisions with complete confidence.

Alphaline Homes has always focused on delivering quality and this is no different at Alphaline Tiny Homes. We treat the construction process of a tiny home with the same level of dedication and attention to detail as we would a full sized house.
We only employ certified tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, carpenters etc.) to assemble our tiny homes, so you can be completely confident you are receiving a high quality product which is made to last. Every tiny home goes through a stringent quality assessment before they leave our factory.
Whilst we pride our tiny homes on being affordable, we haven’t sacrificed on delivering comfort and luxury. Some of our standard inclusions are 600mm deep kitchen benches, Duragel frame trailers painted with 2-pack Raptor black paint, reverse cycle air conditioning and electric brakes on all wheels.
